too hard to sleep at night
The weeks are going by so quickly. Lately there's always something to do and never enough time to do anything at all.
But I do seem to be managing nicely.
Tonight the Kings beat the Lakers, 118 to 109. I couldn't be happier. Jacob, the Charlies and I'm pretty sure my Pops couldn't be more upset. Oh well.
Tomorrow Calculus class, then Ortho appointment, then Poker game, then back to my Smeegul. What a day that'll be!
And now, since I'm bored and I really have nothing very interesting to say another "Year in Review" survey (I know ... it's past due):
January:
1. Did you have a new year's resolution this year: Yes. Lose weight.
2. Who kissed you at midnight: In 2005? my Smeegul. In 2006? ... I got no kiss. I almost missed the countdown!

4. Do you like hot chocolate: With 3 small marshmellows, whipped cream and some cinnamon on top.
5. Have you ever been to Times Square to watch the ball drop: Nope. Never been to NY.

The only time I played a big April Fool's joke was in my freshmen year when I messaged people that both Jacob and I knew from high school and told them to congratulate me because Jacob and I had eloped. The sad thing was, I didn't get the responses I was expecting like OMG, are you insane? What were you thinking etc., etc. I got Congratulations!!! I'm not suprised at all. I'm so happy for you guys!!!! ... WHAT!? yeah. my response exactly. And no, they didn't know it was an April Fool's joke. They really believed me. This was more than one person mind you.
3. Do you get tons of candy on Easter: Haha. Yeah. And money. My dad used to hide eggs all over the house and chocolates. And two of the eggs happened to be the kind that were hollow and could break apart. He'd put $5 in one and $20 in the other. ♥ My dad would always point out where the $20 was hidden.
